Welcome to PostPlay (“we,” “us,” or the “Platform”). By accessing or using PostPlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
PostPlay operates the Verified Scarcity Outreach Protocol (“VSOP”), a matchmaking service that connects high school and club athletes with college athletic programs through cryptographically verified, token-gated communication. PostPlay is a communication and verification platform only. We do not guarantee athletic scholarships, roster spots, camp invitations, or any specific recruiting outcome. All recruiting decisions are made solely by the collegiate institutions and their coaching staff.
The Platform provides tools for stat verification, AI-assisted message drafting, and structured outreach. These tools are designed to facilitate high-quality communication, not to promise results. Any representations made by individual users of the Platform do not reflect the views or guarantees of PostPlay.
PostPlay utilizes a digital scarcity system (“Tokens”) to ensure that outreach to college programs is intentional and high-signal. Tokens are a digital resource allocated to users on a weekly basis according to their subscription tier.
The integrity of the PostPlay Clearinghouse depends on the accuracy of user-provided data. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all information you submit — including but not limited to athletic metrics, academic records, biographical data, and media (film, images) — is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban without refund:
High school and club coaches who verify athlete data through the Platform assume responsibility for the accuracy of the metrics they confirm. PostPlay reserves the right to audit and revoke verification status at any time.
College coaches, recruiting coordinators, and other institutional evaluators (“Evaluators”) who access the PostPlay Clearinghouse agree to the following:
PostPlay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise disrupts the integrity of the Platform. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, unused tokens are forfeited and no refund is issued for the current billing period.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POSTPLAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF RECRUITING OPPORTUNITIES, SCHOLARSHIP OFFERS, OR ATHLETIC ELIGIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO POSTPLAY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
